Documentary Film Making

This documentary (example footage)  follows Boysie Porter on his journey to salute the troops returning from Afghanistan. Boysie served in the home guard, the Royal Navy and the Army, he is a  colourful, controversial old soldier freely sharing his opinions and experiences with emotion and passion.

This documentary was designed for television. The concept was to follow the main character (Boysie), see his life style and the poor circumstances that he lives in and compare the battles he fought with the battles faced by todays armed forces.

The footage is available in HD. It is felt important to record Boysies tales, his generation are rapidly disappearing.  Sadly, Harold 'Boysie' Porter passed away on Sunday 4th November 2012 due to a tragic house accident. Boysie was 90 years old and a fabulous character, we had great time working with him on this project.

It's people like Boysie we need to remember on Remembrance Sunday.
